The dual layers hardboard construction make the mount stay completely flat against the headrest. Absolutely no scrunching when straps are tighten like most cloth or nylon mounts. The headrest strap is detachable from the mount therefore you can rotate the strap as you desired. Avoid getting hairs caught in the velcro as well as adjust the mount up or down for better viewing angle. In addition, the strap can be setup horizontally or vertically. Setting up the mount using the horizontal slots allow the strap to thread in between the two adjustable poles of most traditional car headrest.
